I’m not sure what Sydney Sharp was upset about—maybe she just preferred the old male doctor who isn’t there anymore. My experience has been the complete opposite. Both female optometrists I’ve seen were amazing, and every staff member was friendly, professional, and on top of their game. And let’s be honest: getting the right prescription depends on the patient too. When the doctor asks which lens looks clearer, you have to choose. They’re not scanning a barcode in your eyeballs to magically pull the numbers 😅 Sydney sounds like a real delight, but this clinic? It’s GREAT!

My experience was great! The provider listened to my concerns, addressed my vision correction needs and provided multiple options ensuring I was comfortable before leaving the office. I was able to get a great pair of glasses and try out a few different contacts to adjust to my new prescription. Everyone here is very kind and have great patience. There is no rush to push you out as they all seem to care about the clients.

The individualized attention provided by the staff and the overall experience. The office feels less crowded than larger chain providers, which allows for a more relaxed visit, and they offer a broader and more thoughtfully curated selection of frames.

Have only had one visit but I have recommend to several friends and colleagues. Great customer service and left feeling like they really cared about me, as a person, and not just my wallet

My first impression of Rouse Eye Care Center was very good. Every interaction I had, from the friendly ladies at the reception desk throughout my visit and ending with Mia helping me pick out glasses was positive. Dr. Rouse was courteous and professional and seemed very knowledgeable in his field. On another note, I felt that they had a pretty good selection of glasses to choose from. Mia asked my preferences, and to my joy pulled out a pair of glasses that were exactly what I was looking for! I'm looking forward to them coming in so that I can wear them. I will be going back for my next eye exam when it is due.

Great doctor, opticians and staff. Moved from Texas and had my first eye/contact lens exam with Dr. rouse. Happy I found this team - they were able to fit me with comfortable lenses and they have a nice selection designer frames. Scheduling is easy and quick

I have been going to Dr Rouse for a few years now. I'm not quite sure how I stumbled on to him and his practice but I'm very glad I did wish it was possible to leave at least six or seven stars Plus my frames that I got there are my most favorite ones ever
